True followers of Christ believe that every word, letter, and punctuation mark in the Scriptures must be fulfilled. Luke 16:16-17 “The Law and the Prophets were proclaimed until John; since that time the gospel of the kingdom of God has been preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it. 17 ” But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for one stroke of a letter of the Law to fail. Thus, we know that many of the Scriptures have yet to be fulfilled, so the only time they could be fulfilled is between now and the end of the age when Christ returns!

What I like most about the Bible is the way God thinks! When you have the mind of Christ (1 Cor. 2:14ff) you think like God thinks and you understand what foolishness comes out of the mouths of men!

We know nothing about it! There were only sixty-six canonical books in the Bible before 1684 and there were still sixty-six canonical books after 1684.

It would be the New World that we are looking forward too. That world is the Kingdom of God that is coming with the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Various trials (James 1:2ff) are necessary for the Christian to come to spiritual maturity. Many professing Christians falsely believe that being born again (saved) is the goal of Christianity, but that is a very selfish and self-serving goal. To be born again is only the starting point (like a newborn baby starts out in life), whereas spiritual maturity is the goal – Christlikeness. Christians are called to make disciples (Matt. 28:19ff) and not make unsaved babies. This is nothing new because the writer of Hebrews mentions them. (Heb 5:12ff) “For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need again for someone to teach you the elementary principles of the oracles of God, and you have come to need milk and not solid food. 13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is not accustomed to the word of righteousness, for he is an infant. 14 But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil. To be a victor (overcomer) you must seek and possess spiritual maturity. In 1 John 2:12ff you wanted to be at least a spiritually mature young man, who is strong in the faith, and as such has the power over the devil.

Yes, you could find it in the genealogy of Jesus Christ in Matthew 1:6.
Who is the verifier? And if it is verified does that make it true?

The bottom line is that the Bible is not their “Final Authority.” Their authorities are the Bible, Roman Catholic Church Traditions, and their Church Magisterium. So, you could take the Bible away and their church still stands on the two pillars of Traditions and their Church Magisterium.
Jesus said when you add another authority to the Bible you nullify even the true teachings of the Bible. Thus, truth plus error is error. (Mark 7:7-9).
What is being said is that the Roman Catholic (System which they call a Church) fits the definition of a cult. All cults add and/or take away from the Word of God and the warning to those various cults can be found in Revelation 22:18ff.

The Bride of Christ is every truly born again Christian whether male or female. Jesus Christ is the groom; and we are His bride (Rev. 19:7-9).
“Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns. 7 “Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready.” 8 And it was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. 9 And he said to me, “Write, ‘Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.'”

Simply put, it’s better to be alive and have hope than to be dead and be without home. Dogs in the Bible are pictured as the lowest of creatures (sometimes even gentiles were called dogs by the Jews because of their sinful ways (Matthew 15:26,27) whereas lions are pictured as the majestic king of the beasts. So, what the writer of Ecclesiastes is saying, “It is better to be a live wicked dog who still has hope than it is to be a dead lion who has no hope.

Reincarnation is not real. There are several instances in the New Testament where people believe in reincarnation like Herod who believed that Jesus was the reincarnated John the Baptist (Matthew 14:1,2) or when Jesus was asking His disciples “Who do people say I Am?” They were saying what people were saying that He (Jesus) was one of the reincarnated prophets (Matthew 16:13,14). But the Scriptural teaching is that there is no reincarnation (Hebrews 9:27) “for it is appointed for man to die once and after this comes the judgment.”
If you are a true child of God, then you are presently (Romans 8:14) being led by the Spirit of God and you do not even consider unbelief as a valid option.
It would be the New World that we are looking forward too. That world is the kingdom of God that is coming with the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
When you (which includes everyone) start out in life you are in Adam and thus you inherit what is called the Sin Nature and thus everyone who is born (without exception) is unrighteous. When the Father chooses an individual to believe in His Son the Lord Jesus Christ then they receive the Holy Spirit; and they are Justified, before God and they are declared righteous. So, the righteous are the legitimate saints who live Godly (righteously) before God and men.
You call him an atheist. He is applying his understanding of Biblical principles to create a moral Christian philosophy that does not exist. The Bible teaches that you must believe in God to get eternal life and having a Christian philosophy is no different than any of the other failed philosophies.
The 66 books of the bible are the infallible word of God. Jesus Christ is the Living Word of God, and the Scriptures are the written Word of God. The natural man cannot understand the Spiritual Book –The Bible. God’s gift of grace includes the gift of His faith given to you. You are not saved by your faith, but by the faith He gives you in both the Living Word (the Lord Jesus Christ) and the Written Word. Thus, a Christian is to defend that God given faith which was once for all given to the Saints (Jude 3 &4).
They are not threats nor judgments, but they are warnings! If you do not repent of your foolish ways then there will be consequences.
The Bible teaches that we are to give a defense of the Bible to everyone who ask of us in gentleness and reverence (1 Peter 3:15). If you encounter a true seeker, you can defend the King and His Word the Bible. But if you encounter a scoffer then you must be reminded what the King said, “6 “Do not give what is holy to dogs, and do not throw your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces. (Matthew 7:6). The problem is that both professing Christians the non-believing scoffers believe that believing in the Bible is an intellectual problem. Both sides would say, “If they only had more facts, then they would understand my side of the argument and believe like I believe.” So, both try to use their arguments to prove their points and thus arguments pursue. Believing the Bible is not an intellectual problem but a sin problem. The more you sin the blinder you are in understanding Biblical truths. It is God who opens the spiritual eyes of the non-believer and not his intellect, because his intellect (his mind) is blinded by his sin and his sin nature. (2 Corinthians 4:3ff.)
Yes. You could find it in the genealogy of Jesus Christ in Matthew 1:6.
If you read the book of Job (in the Bible) all your questions will be answered.

Anything? That is what the whole Bible is about. The opposite of love is selfishness. Love is a very of action by giving of oneself for the benefit of others, whereas the opposite of a giver is a selfish taker. This idea is expressed beautifully in Philippians Chapter 2 which states in part, “3 Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind let each of you regard one another as more important than himself; 4 do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. 5 Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus….
Simply put it is better to be alive and have hope than to be dead and be without hope. It is similar as to what is being taught in Matthew 5:25-26) 25 “Make friends quickly with your opponent at law while you are with him on the way, in order that your opponent may not deliver you to the judge, and the judge to the officer, and you be thrown into prison. 26 “Truly I say to you, you shall not come out of there, until you have paid up the last cent.” While you are alive you still have hope to repent and make things right, but once you have died all hope has gone.
Yes, and I like the question “Today’s Christians,” because it speaks volumes. Today’s Christians are mostly cultural Christians and not Biblical Christians. They say they believe the Bible, but the way they interpret the Bible is anything but Christian. They do have to repent of their form of Christianity led by their wolves in sheep clothing and become the God fearing, people that God wants them to be (Romans 3:10-18). Remember: Prov. 9:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
The best translation of the Bible is the New American Standard Bible (NASB). It uses the African manuscripts which are more accurate than the European manuscripts used by the writers of the King James Bible. You mention 84 books of the Bible? There are only 66 canonical books in the Bible and the Roman Catholic’s add a couple of non-canonical books, but your number 84 sounds like a cult trying to add their books to the Canon of Scripture to make their writings authoritative?
Good question because most “Professing Christians” do not properly interpret 1st John 1:8 and following.
John is stating; what the Bible continually states that all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God. Here John is talking to the non-believers — “The Sayers.” They “say” they are Christians and they “say” they are not presently sinning, and they “say” they have never sinned. Whereas true Christians admit they were sinners in the past but have been presently saved from their sin by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. True Christians are “the doers” of the Word and not just “the hearers” and “the talkers” of the Word.
Here John is talking to those people who want to be saved and be “Doers of the Word.” If you (confess your sin) by saying the same thing about your sin that God says about your sin than He is faithful and righteous, and He will cleanse you from all your sin (unrighteousness) and He will give His righteousness to you.
If we “say” we have never sinned in the past (past tense) we are deceived and we make God out to be a liar, because all have (past tense) sinned and come short of the Glory of God.
David prepared himself as a warrior early in life. He knew his abilities because of his early experiences as a protector of sheep. So, when the battle came, he had confidence in a successful conclusion. Therefore, prepare yourself by studying and using the Sword of the Spirit for all future battles. But stay away from all sexual sin because it will not only hurt you, but it will also hurt the people around you. Solomon learned the meaning of life to late in life. Do not put off till tomorrow what you should do today, and seek the Lord’s guidance, and do not seek the guidance from so called friends like Solomon and his son did.

The Scriptures teach that “He who has the Son has the life, and he who does not have the Son does not have the life (John 3:36), So, eternal life is a quality of life that you can presently have if you have the Son of God presently living in you. Eternal life is the abundant life that the Son gives to all those who have been chosen by the Father and receives His Son (John 10:9ff). I am the door, if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.

I think both apply eternal life means just what it says it’s eternal it cannot end it is not, cannot be interrupted it is not probationary but permanent without end.

No, that statement is not Biblical. Such a statement like, “Life is hell on Earth,” would be spoken by a pessimistic and frustrated person. An optimistic person would say that “Life is a bowl of cherries,” whereas, a frustrated pessimistic person would say, “Life is only the pits.” If a person continues with that pessimistic attitude about life on “this Earth” then, “This Earth” will be the closest they will ever get to heaven. These pessimists must get the mind of Christ and start living the abundant life that the Son gives. “I came that they might have life and might have it abundantly (John 10:10).
The blaspheme of the Holy Spirit is not possible today because one does not have enough discernment as to what is from God and what is from the devil. Remember that Satan is the god of this world (2 Cor. 4:3ff) and he will give you the material things you request just to keep you from worshiping the True God the right way (see Luke 4:6-8). When Jesus was on the Earth; He was presenting Himself as the King and He was showing the people what His kingdom was going to be like by signs, wonders, and miracles. So, when the religious leaders heard the King’s message and saw His miracles (like the casting out of demons) they concluded that He was doing the miracles by the power of the devil. Therefore, Jesus’ response to their conclusion was one of utter hopelessness (Matthew 12:31ff.) After hearing My message and seeing the evidence that I am presenting, and you conclude that the Holy Spirit’s work is of the devil; and is not from God, you will not be forgiven in this age or the age to come. So, people today have not experienced such a revelation and therefore they cannot commit the unpardonable sin of blaspheme today. Even in the future fulfillment of the book of the Revelation both God and Satan will be active, and most people will not have the discernment as to who is doing what and why? But if you do have that discernment (like the Anti-Christ does Revelation 13:6) and teach others that God and his works are evil then you could commit blaspheme of the Holy Spirit and you will not be forgiven in this age or the age to come.

Exodus 21:1 tells you exactly what they are – ordinances. They are laws given by God to Moses that the people were to obey. Malachi 4:4 “Remember the law of Moses My servant, even the statutes and ordinances which I commanded him in Horeb for all Israel.” The ordinances and statutes are the laws given to Israel to keep and obey.
Matthew 5:17ff. “Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish, but to fulfill. 18 “For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass away from the Law, until all is accomplished. 19 “Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and so teaches others, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 “For I say to you, that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you shall not enter the kingdom of heaven.
You must remember what Jesus said, “You worship that which you do not know, we worship that which we know, for salvations is from the Jews (John 4:22). Jesus preached obedience to all laws (to stop sinning), before he preached grace, “From that time Jesus began to preach and say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” (Matthew 4:17).
This is the major reason that today’s Christians are so ineffective in their evangelism, they preach grace without preaching the law. Thus, today’s Christians do not even understand that they were saved from the curse of the law (Gal 3:13). Today’s gospel preachers are ashamed of the Gospel (Rom 1:16), because the law gives offense. The law exposes your sins and tells you how bad you are and not how good you are! The law is good because it tells you why you need a savior (Rom. 7:16).

There is only one reason why the Jewish leadership wanted to have Jesus killed, and that reason was that sinners (the unrighteous) hate the righteous. The righteous (like God’s law) exposes the sinful deeds of the unrighteous, so the lawless sinners manifest their hatred by killing the righteous. This same principle was pictured from the beginning with the killing of Abel by Cain. 1 John 3:11-12 “For this is the message which you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another; 12 not as Cain, who was of the evil one, and slew his brother. And for what reason did he slay him? Because his deeds were evil, and his brothers were righteous. NAS Jesus put it this way in John 7:7 “The world cannot hate you (to His sinning unrighteous brothers); but it hates Me (the Righteous One), because I testify of it, that its deeds are evil.” “Blessed are you when men hate you, and ostracize you, and cast insults at you, and spurn your name as evil, for the sake of the Son of Man (Luke 6:22) NAS
